Youth Support Workers – Join our crew

We are searching for new talented inspired people to join our crew.  As a small community focused Charity, exciting things are happening, and we’re looking for new crew members to join our expedition.  We’re propelled by our values and our belief to explore new ways to realise young people’s potential and achieve our mission.

Post: Youth Support Worker

Based: Bradford on Avon

Hours: 12 hours per week. You would be required to work a Tuesday evening from 4pm – 9pm, with the rest of the hours completed across 2 days/evenings in the week.


Salary: £21,450-£24,700 (FTE) dependent on experience.  


What would you need to do?

·       Provide group-based interventions and activities for children and young people.

·       Promote and encourage the participation of young people in BoA.

·       Work with the local community to promote activities for young people.

·       Work directly with a child or young person to provide direct support.
