Michaela - Business Support Team Leader, Gloucestershire

Hi, I’m Michaela. I joined CFC on a temporary basis in June 2026 and was deligted to be appointed to the role of Business Team Leader soon after that.

My background is mostly managing back of house operations within the hospitality industry, so keeping things running smoothly for those on the frontline! This includes things like bookings administration, quality assurance and guest support, so I’m excited to bring my experience to a whole new environment.

 I love live music, festivals and travelling with my family! Also a bit of a science/space nerd, and hair may change colour at any given moment!
